Dear Sir/Madam,

The [BLACKLISTED-DOMAIN].COM domain name is in violation of Go Daddy’s 
Universal Terms of Service and Domain Name Registration agreement.

Go Daddy recently discovered that the [BLACKLISTED-DOMAIN].COM domain 
name has been listed in the URIBL.COM blacklist. Go Daddy can also be
blacklisted by URIBL.COM, or other blacklist providers, as a result of
your actions which jeopardizes the level of service and connectivity
Go Daddy provides to our other customers. This is, of course, 
unacceptable and must be resolved immediately.

A screen shot of the URIBL.COM blacklisting record for your domain name
has been attached to this message for your review.

An immediate response to this situation is needed if you wish to resolve
this situation before the suspension of your domain name. This suspension
deadline for your domain name expires 24 hours after the sending of this
warning if you have not resolved this situation by then your domain name
will be suspended.

Your options are as follows:

----- Option # 1: Have your domain name removed from the URIBL.COM
blacklist within the next 24 hours.

Visit URIBL.COM to request the removal of your domain name (you will
need to create a login to do so). Follow their procedure(s) to remove
your domain from the blacklist. Once this record has been removed,
respond to this message with the following:

1. A statement that the domain name has been removed from the URIBL.COM
blacklist.

2. A statement that your (or your clients, employees, affiliates, 3rd
party marketers, etc.) actions will no longer result in the blacklisting
of your domain names.

3. Authorization for GoDaddy.com to charge a $199 non-refundable abuse
fee to the credit card on file for your account (you may want to log 
into your Go Daddy account and confirm that the card on file is valid 
and has not expired).

----- Option # 2: Transfer your domain name to another registrar.

If the solution outlined in option #1 is not agreeable to you, or you 
are unable to comply with these terms, you will need to transfer your
domain name to another registrar. You will need to provide the following 
in your reply:

1. A statement that you will initiate the transfer of your domain name to 
a new registrar within the next 24 hours.

2. Authorization for GoDaddy.com to charge a $75 administrative fee to the 
credit card on file for your account (again, you may want to log into your 
Go Daddy account and confirm that the card on file is valid and has not 
expired).

The organization that regulates domain name registrars, the Internet 
Corporation For Assigned Names and Numbers (aka ICANN), has mandated that 
newly registered domain names cannot be transferred during the first 60 
days of their registration period. This requirement was put in place by 
ICANN to prevent fraudulent transfers and cannot be bypassed or waived for
any reason. If your domain name was registered less than 60 days ago you
will not be able to transfer it to another registrar, this domain name 
must be suspended until this 60 day period expires.

Any Go Daddy customer that violates Go Daddy's abuse policies must choose 
one of these options if they wish to resolve the situation. Your URIBL.COM 
blacklisting is particularly troubling due to the possibility that other 
Go Daddy customers could be affected. These options are not negotiable. 
The fees cannot be reduced or waived.
